My love for Real Estate started when I was young and helped my Dad build things, as I grew up that love for building was what interested me in homes. As a teenager she would visit open houses and loved to look at the different kinds of architecture in the Minneapolis area. I started my Real Estate career in Southern California selling residential property 50 years ago. After moving to Florida and obtaining my Real Estate license I was Top Sales Agent and Top Listing Agent in the Tampa Area specializing in residential sales for 3 years. Upon moving to Georgia and obtaining my Real Estate license and sold residential properties with a partner. Along the way I did a few commercial deals as well.
I also had a career of 25 years in the IT industry, The day I started, I had never seen a computer before and started as an Analysist and worked my way up to Senior Management, all while selling Real Estate. I also obtained my black belt in 6 Sigma while at GE Capital. I was also in Property Management where I was Controller for multiple large apartment properties and was Sales Manager for a Mortgage Brokerage firm for a brief time before it brought me back to home sales.
I currently sell residential properties primarily in Fort Bend, Fulshear, Harris and Brazoria & Montgomery Counties but will go wherever my client wants to look for a house or help you sell your home.
I'm also active in the Women’s Council of Realtors, Fort Bend and was the 2019 & 2020 Program Director and in 2021 is the Treasurer. 2022 was Chairperson for the Women's Council of Realtor State Audit Committee. Also, Chairperson for the Host committee for Houston Association of Realtors, Fort Bend in 2022.
I have lived in Richmond for 23 years and have Grand Children & Great-Grand Children.
My babies are my two cats Little Buddy and Princess Chloe.
